Ingredients:
3-4 servings of thin wheat noodles
Sauce
4 tbsp Gochujang (Korean chili paste) reduce for less spice
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 cloves garlic minced
2 tbsp sugar or honey
2 tbsp vinegar white or rice vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Topping
Pickled radish
Chive oils
Plant-based meat
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients for the sauce
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles till done, then rinse in cold water
Mix the noodles with the sauce until all the noodles are coated in the sauce
Add toppings
Enjoy!
