Ingredients:
6 small ciabatta loaves (or two large loaves)
1 head garlic
1/4 cup vegan ghee or butter
1 tsp sea salt
vegan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400F.
Mince a head of garlic. In a small bowl combine the garlic, salt, and vegan ghee/butter. Put the mixture in the fridge for 10 mins if it is too liquid, you want it to resemble soften butter.
Line a baking tray with aluminum or parchment paper.
Cut the ciabatta loaves in half lengthwise and spread a generous amount of the garlic ghee mixture on the pieces.
Sprinkle vegan cheese on top of the bread (optional)
Bake the garlic bread for 10 mins, then broil for 5 mins or till golden brown.
Serve and enjoy fresh out of the oven.
